Designed, built and cared for — by the same hands.
Three connected stages, one accountable crew. See the whole path — concept to established — before you commit to any of it.
What we do
Design
Garden design
The paid first stage, where the whole garden is resolved on paper — site assessment, concept, planting plan and a costed build proposal — designed by the same people who will build it, so nothing is lost in translation.
Build
Landscape construction
The flagship build — stone, timber, water and planting brought to life by one crew on one contract, built faithfully to the design with a fixed quote, so the price agreed is the price paid.
Care
12-month care & establishment guarantee
We stay for the first year — the same crew that built it — so the planting establishes and matures the way it was designed to, backed by our Establishment Guarantee. A garden is judged a year on, not on handover day.
How it works
The journey, in three stages
-
Design
We walk your site with you, then draw a concept, a planting plan and a costed build proposal — the whole garden resolved before any work begins.
-
Build
One crew builds the design faithfully, on one contract with one point of contact — no gaps between trades and no value-engineering the soul out.
-
12-month care
We stay for the first year and stand behind the living result with our Establishment Guarantee, so the garden still looks its best long after handover.
Good questions
Questions worth asking before you hire a landscaper
Do I have to build with you if you design my garden?
No. The design is a valuable stage in its own right and yours to take forward. That said, the whole point of our model is that the people who draw your garden are the people who build it — so the drawing is genuinely buildable and nothing is lost in translation.
Why is garden design a paid stage rather than a free quote?
A paid design fee treats design as the considered commitment it is, and protects the quality of the result. Free design work is how the price-led end of the market competes — and it is why so much of it is never built as drawn. You get a real concept, a planting plan and a costed proposal you can act on.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. The price we agree is the price you pay, barring changes you ask for along the way. There is no bolting on costs mid-build — the fixed quote is part of how we take the anxiety out of the biggest spend of the project.
Do you use your own crew or subcontractors?
One crew, accountable end to end — the same recognisable faces from your first sketch to your final prune. One point of contact, one contract, no finger-pointing between trades.
What happens after the build?
We stay. Every build is followed by 12 months of establishment care from the crew that built it, backed by our Establishment Guarantee — a healthy planting that fails through no fault of yours is replaced. A garden is judged a year on, not on handover day.
Can you look after a garden you didn’t build?
Our care is designed around gardens we designed and built, because the crew already understands the design they are maintaining — it is not mow-and-go. If you are after care for an existing garden, start a conversation and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
